Major Work
"Saint Dominous Bell Tower"
This painting was made in my grade 12 class 2025-26. I created this painting with a mix of acrylic and oil paints. To start the process I did under painting using a terracotta orange colour. I got my inspiration from The Saint Dominus Bell Tower in Split, Croatia. This piece is part of my four piece collection, with the theme Historic Architecture and Identity. I got the opportunity to actually see this tower in person and was inspired by how bright the cream white colour stood out against the clear blue sky. I also enjoyed the style of the old buildings surrounding it, and wanted to make sure to incorporate the environment around the tower to ensure I capture the whole feeling of the image.

"Caught In The Current"
This painting was made in my grade 10 class 2023-24.The task for this project was to create a surrealism piece that demonstrated a global issue. I chose a water colour painting. I thought water colour would best fit the contents of the piece. I chose ocean pollution as my global issue. I used different techniques like using crayon to resist the paint and layered the paints to add depth. I used fairly light colours to replicate the look of being under water. The surrealism is demonstrated in the contrast of the size of the animals vs the trash in the ocean, which also helps clearly identify the global issue.

"The Old Fortress of Corfu"
This drawing was made in my grade 12 class 2025-26. This drawing was also part of my four piece collection, following the same theme, Historic Architecture and Identity. I created this drawing fully out of coloured pencils. I got my inspiration from a tunnel in the old fortress of Corfu, in Corfu Greece. My goal was to recreate the texture of the rough stone walls, and the smooth stone path. I also wanted to make it have a 3d effect to accomplish this. I used lighting transitions, and created depth by making the path get smaller, as well as walls.

"Olympia Pillar"
This sculpture was made in my grade 12 class 2025-26. This sculpture was also part of my four piece collection, following the same theme, Historic Architecture and Identity. I created the pillar out of clay and glaze. I created the six individual pieces by forming the general shape then carving out the details. Each piece was hollowed out to make sure it wasn't too heavy and didn't explode during the firing. I got my inspiration for this piece from Olympia Greece. My goal for this piece was to ensure I captured the general design, and have details that show the aging and deterioration that the real pillars would have. I was able to display the piece in two ways, fully standing up, and partially fallen down.

CAD Design
This is a kitchen design I created in my grade 11 technology design class 2024-25. I created this design on TinkerCAD. The project's task was to create and design a kitchen that organized the stove, fridge and sink to follow the triangle design rule.
Sketchbook
Here are some sketches that I have done over my high school career. These sketches were all done in coloured pencil. the goal for these pieces were to create the 3D effect each piece would hold.

Conte Sketch
This is a sketch made with brown, white and black conte. To create this piece I set random shapes on a small piece of card board. My goal with this sketch was to replicate the 3D look by capturing the lighting and shadows.
